Our rhythmic levels follow USA Gymnastics, which runs the sport in the U.S.

Parent & Me, a first movement class with a caregiver, comes before Gymnastics for Kids.

Choose a beginner class

Start with the class that seems closest. We'll check that it suits your child's age, find a time that works, and confirm there is a place.

Our classes are for girls. Parent & Me is open to every child.

Class type *

Two children can try together when they are in the same class type. Please send one request for each child, so each one gets a confirmed class time of their own.

Beginner trials only. Competitive athletes request an evaluation. Seasonal Training begins with a paid day.

    It does not reserve a class yet.

  2. Confirm your email

    Open the link in the receipt we send right away.

  3. We email your class day and time

    Usually within 24–48 hours.

  4. Confirm the class

    Open that email's link. Your place is held once you confirm.

Before the class

  • Fitted clothes: leggings or stretchy shorts and a snug top
  • Socks on the carpet
  • Hair tied back, no jewelry
  • A parent signs our waiver once, while we set up the free class
