Rhythmic Art Website Privacy Notice

Information we collect
When you submit a trial, competitive evaluation, or event participation inquiry through the website, we collect the contact and athlete information requested by that form. The competitive evaluation form asks for guardian contact information, athlete age, current training, the reason for the request, and the required family confirmations. The event participation form asks about the adult contact, club or group when applicable, athlete count or age, current levels or divisions, event interest, and optional planning context. Neither form asks for an athlete's name. When you email the office about a private lesson, seasonal program, or another question, the office receives the information you choose to include. Please do not submit medical records or other information we did not ask for.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, assess program fit, schedule an approved visit, communicate preparation details, and maintain the operational record of that request. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Confirmation and follow-up
We may send a request-receipt link for a trial request to verify that an email reached you. Opening that link confirms the email action but does not reserve a class. If Rhythmic Art later sends a separate offer for a specific trial class, opening the secure confirmation link in that offer confirms and reserves only that trial visit; it does not enroll the athlete in a paid program. With your permission, we may follow up about your trial request by email or SMS. We may follow up about a competitive evaluation request or event participation inquiry by email. A CE or EV request number confirms only that the corresponding request was saved. It does not book an evaluation, announce or register an event, accept an athlete, reserve a place, or confirm that an email was sent.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to count page visits and see which pages help families find answers. It does not receive names, contact details, or anything typed into forms. To tell returning visits apart, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and automatically receives standard technical details, such as the pages you visit, your language and screen size, and your browser and device type. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics runs in a cookieless mode by default. When a trial request is accepted, analytics also counts one event. The website adds only the requested program and the form version to it — never anything a family typed. Google attaches the same standard technical details to that event as it does to any page visit.
Retention and access
We keep request records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, follow-up, safety, and legal obligations. Contact us if you want to ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion where applicable.
If the website cannot tell whether a competitive evaluation request or event participation inquiry was saved, it temporarily keeps the exact request in this browser tab. This lets a retry use the same request ID and prevents a second request. The browser copy is removed after the website receives a clear result or when the tab session ends.
