Ages 3–5Toddler Gymnastics
Children practice listening, balance, coordination, and class habits without a parent on the floor.

Train to compete
Competitive Training
Rhythmic gymnastics at every level, on a competitive team whose athletes represent national teams. A parent may ask or a coach may suggest the path; a coach evaluation decides readiness and placement. No invitation is needed.
Level 2
The first competitive year.
Level 3 and Rhythmic Xcel
Level 3 is the second year. Girls about 10 and older who are new to rhythmic gymnastics usually start in Xcel, which trains with Level 3.
Higher levels
Through the FIG levels, Elite, and the National Team.
Gymnastics with ballet, music, and five apparatus
Girls learn balances, leaps, and flexibility, then perform them to music with a hand apparatus.

Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport. No experience is needed to start gymnastics.
