The Miami Rhythmic Gymnastics Club
Body skills, music, dance, and hand apparatus come together in one Olympic sport. Start with the class that fits your child now—then see the path ahead.

Choose by age and class fit
You do not need to know a gymnastics level before you start. Find your child's stage, open the program, and see what the class feels like.
Still not sure?
Tell us the athlete's age and experience. We will check the program fit before confirming a class.
What kind of gymnastics is this?
Rhythmic is not bars, beam, or vault. Athletes learn body skills and hand apparatus, then connect them through music and choreography.
01
Balances, turns, leaps, flexibility, strength, and control.
02
Hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon move with the athlete.
03
Timing and expression connect the skills into a routine.
04
Listen to a correction, make an adjustment, and try again.

Where preparation is tested
Competition is a stage in the learning process—not a promised result.

Your first visit
The coach checks program fit. Your child experiences the training environment. Your family decides whether the next step feels right.
