About Rhythmic Art
Rhythmic Art serves the Greater Miami rhythmic gymnastics community from our dedicated training facility in Dania Beach, Florida. Local, visiting, and international athletes can build from movement foundations into competitive training when ready.

The facility
The 15,000-square-foot facility supports two distinct training environments. Recreational classes are held primarily in the smaller Blue Gym. Competitive athletes train primarily in the Big Gym, where the larger space supports apparatus work, group training, conditioning, and full-routine preparation.

Competitive program
Level-assigned competitive training takes place primarily in the larger gym.
How we train
The exercises change as an athlete grows. The expectation to listen, apply correction, and take responsibility grows with them.
Alignment, flexibility, coordination, listening, and repeatable class habits come before a harder routine or a higher level.
Athletes learn what needs to change, repeat the skill, and understand how daily details affect the next stage of training.
Training days, hours, and competition demands grow when the athlete can support the workload—not simply because time passed.
South Florida
Our location near I-95 and Stirling Road provides a clear destination for local, visiting, and international athletes.
Beginners can request an eligible trial. Athletes with rhythmic experience should request a competitive placement evaluation.
