The first visit is a free gymnastics class for new beginners. Your daughter tries a real rhythmic gymnastics class, and we confirm her class time by email.
What we teach
Every class here is rhythmic gymnastics — the Olympic discipline performed to music with rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. It is built on flexibility, coordination, and expression, with ballet and dance at its core, and it is different from the artistic gymnastics of vault, bars, beam, and floor. How booking a trial works
It takes a few short emails: you confirm your email address, we send your class day and time, and you confirm you are coming. Once we confirm a place, most families are in class within a week. Two of those emails ask you to open a link, so watch for them and open both.
- Send the requestChoose a class and tell us about your athlete. Sending the request does not yet reserve a class.
- Confirm your emailWe email a receipt right away. Open its confirmation link so we know our emails reach you — this is the step that keeps your booking moving.
- We book a class timeOur office reviews age, program fit, and open places, then emails your trial class day and time — usually within 24–48 hours.
- Confirm the classOpen that email's confirmation link too. Your trial place is held once you confirm it.
Confirmation emails can land in spam. If a step's email does not arrive within 10 minutes, check the spam folder or write to info@rhythmic-art.com.
