Use a school break for work that needs more time: physical preparation, apparatus, corrections, artistry, and routines. Start by choosing the athlete's reason for training.

Three different needs
Summer and Winter are school-break training blocks. International Preparation starts with a routine, the rules used at the event, and a target competition. Each has a different review.

Start with the athlete's existing routine, target event, and rules. We can identify priority red flags and discuss a focused preparation plan without promising a score or result.

Why a focused block can help
Increase training volume gradually with coach supervision and planned recovery.
Give corrections, apparatus work, and difficult skills enough focused repetition.
Return to the regular schedule or target event with clearer priorities and a coach-directed plan.
A true beginner should begin with the regular Level 1 pathway, not an experienced-athlete training block. An inquiry is not a reservation or placement promise.
