When you arrive

Follow the arrival details in your confirmed trial message. A parent signs the waiver once during trial setup, before class.

Parents can watch through the observation windows. The coach adjusts the order and emphasis for the children in class, so the times below are a guide.

The class, step by step

Four regular blocks, guided by the coach. The order and minutes can vary with the group.

  1. Jump rope or trampoline

    10–15 min

Rope works on coordination, timing, and rhythm. Trampoline works on balance and control.

  2. Warm-up, stretching, and conditioning

    15 min

Children warm up, stretch for flexibility, and build strength.

  3. Gymnastics elements

    20 min

They practice basic gymnastics moves with small challenges.

  4. Partner work

    10–15 min

Partner sit-ups and back exercises lead into closing sprints.

What happens after class?

The coach gets an initial look at how your child follows directions, moves safely, and responds to feedback. One visit is a starting point; readiness becomes clearer through regular training.

Ask about the schedule and prices, then decide when you are ready.
