Same ballet, with a gymnast's flavor

Our gymnastics is rhythmic gymnastics, the style performed to music. Your child does ballet, uses dance elements, and combines all of it in gymnastics.

Why ballet matters in gymnastics

  • Posture for balances

A tall, aligned body holds a balance steadier and longer.

  • Pointed feet and turnout

They make the clean lines a rhythmic routine is judged on.

  • Soft pliés for landings

Bending through the knees softens the landing after a jump or leap.

  • Musicality

Ballet teaches a child to move with the music, and every rhythmic routine is performed to music.
