Why train during the break?

Use a short break with a clear purpose

This is a training camp in the physical sense: conditioning, strength, and technique work, planned by a coach around the athlete's current goals.

Keep a useful rhythm

Use the school break for a coach-planned block instead of guessing how to train alone.

Work on current priorities

Repeat the body skills, apparatus, conditioning, or routine sections assigned to the athlete.

Prepare the return

Use the work to support the athlete's regular plan when the school and competition schedule resumes.

Planning the next season

Winter Camp returns next school break

The coaches and office are planning the next Winter season now, with morning training while school is out. Dates, sessions, and charges are published here first, as soon as they are approved.

What happens after an inquiry?

Understand the plan before you decide

Your inquiry starts the conversation. A coach reviews fit, and the office shares the approved plan before you decide whether to book or pay.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the athlete

Share her current level or training background, normal workload, and winter goal.

  2. 02

    Coach reviews fit

The coach considers whether the approved plan fits the athlete and what training load would be suitable.

  3. 03

    Office shares approved details

Dates, sessions, capacity, charges, and terms are shared after the winter plan is approved.

  4. 04

    The family decides

A booking exists only after the approved plan, payment state, and selected dates are confirmed.
