Before enrollment, the office confirms the current charges, payment terms, and program assignment with your family. If you have an older form, please check the current terms with us.
Flexible Recreational Attendance
Recreational subscriptions include 4, 8, or 12 class visits during the subscription month. Parent & Me, Toddler Gymnastics, and Gymnastics for Kids families may change days and times instead of keeping one permanent weekday.
Choose another scheduled class in the athlete's current recreational program and stay within the monthly visit count. Competitive athletes follow the schedule assigned by their coach.

Annual and Event Closures
The gym is closed on the annual holiday days listed below. We may also close while hosting competitions, shows, or other scheduled events. We announce those event dates when confirmed.
