Parent & Me • Move together

Choose a monthly rhythm

The plan counts visits during the subscription month. Families may use suitable Parent & Me class times.

4 visits

Start together

Learn the class pattern through a simple weekly rhythm.

8 visits

Build familiarity

More chances to listen, move, and try the routine again.

Most repetition

12 visits

Frequent practice

The most guided repetition when this rhythm fits the family.

More visits build familiarity. They do not guarantee separation or readiness for the next class.

The first practice habit

Move together. Try together. Celebrate the attempt.

A trusted adult helps a young child listen, attempt a movement, and feel safe trying it again.

  1. Move together

A caregiver helps the child explore each guided activity.

  2. Learn the class pattern

Listen, balance, take a turn, and repeat a simple movement.

  3. Staff confirms the next fit

Gradual separation and safe group movement guide the next step.

After the fit review

Two useful next steps

Age or visit count alone does not decide the class.

Keep building together

Continue practicing the routine with caregiver support on the floor.

Try Toddler Gymnastics

When independent participation fits, staff may guide the family to the toddler trial.

Inside the class

What you practice together

Guided movement gives the child a safe first class pattern while the caregiver helps each activity feel familiar.

Parent & Me • Hoops, balls, and movement

Body awareness

Notice where the body is while climbing, reaching, and moving.

Balance

Practice steady steps and simple supported shapes.

Coordination

Connect hands, feet, direction, and age-appropriate equipment.

Listening

Hear a short direction and try it with caregiver support.

Class comfort

Become familiar with the teacher, group, and movement routine.

A clear class boundary

The adult is part of the class

The parent or caregiver follows the teacher and helps the child try each activity. Parent & Me does not expect a first-time toddler to work independently.

Check clothing, hair, and socks before class

Age overlap is normal

At age 3, choose by participation

Parent & Me and Toddler Gymnastics may both fit at age 3. The important difference is whether the child still needs an adult on the floor.

Send the trial request. Staff confirms the suitable program and class separately.

Questions from parents

Before starting Parent & Me

Short answers for the first decision. Staff confirms the right program and class separately.

Does the parent need to be on the floor the whole time?

Yes! This class is designed for you and your child to do together. You'll be guided through activities as a team.

What should my toddler wear?

Choose comfortable fitted clothing that allows movement. Avoid buttons, zippers, jewelry, and anything a child could catch while moving.
