Keep a useful rhythm
Use the school break for a coach-planned block instead of guessing how to train alone.
For experienced rhythmic gymnasts · Winter break
A focused break-period option for current and visiting rhythmic gymnasts with prior experience. The next schedule opens only after the coaching and operating plan is approved.

Why train during the break?
Winter Training is not a generic camp. It is a separate, coach-reviewed training block connected to the athlete's current plan.
Use the school break for a coach-planned block instead of guessing how to train alone.
Repeat the body skills, apparatus, conditioning, or routine sections assigned to the athlete.
Use the work to support the athlete's regular plan when the school and competition schedule resumes.
Honest planning status
The office still needs an approved school-break calendar, coaching plan, athlete groups, products, and registration terms.
What happens after an inquiry?
An inquiry starts a conversation. It is not a reservation, placement promise, or payment obligation.
Share her current level or training background, normal workload, and winter goal.
The coach considers placement and a suitable training load. An inquiry does not guarantee either.
Dates, sessions, capacity, charges, and terms are shared after the winter plan is approved.
A booking exists only after the approved plan, payment state, and selected dates are confirmed.
Ask about the next Winter plan and share her current training background. Staff can follow up when approved details are available.
