For experienced competitive gymnasts

International Rhythmic Gymnastics Training

Bring an existing routine, a target competition, or a next-season goal. Rhythmic Art can review the context, identify priority red flags, and discuss a focused preparation plan in Florida.

  • Start with the athlete's current routine or target event
  • Review the event rules and competitive context
  • A coach confirms fit before dates or training are offered
Request an International Routine Review

An inquiry starts a review. It does not reserve training.

Why Miami works for visiting families

Train in the United States. Feel at home in Miami.

Miami-Dade is shaped by families from many countries and languages. Visiting gymnasts can follow a U.S.-based preparation plan while their families stay in a community where multilingual, international life is part of the everyday experience.

Prepare for the target environment

A strong local routine may still need an international review

Local, national, Development Program, and FIG events can use different requirements. That does not make the gymnast or her home program less capable. It means the routine should be checked against the rules and judging environment she will actually enter.

Confirm the target

Start with the event, age or level program, apparatus requirements, and rules in use.

Make the routine readable

Check whether intended difficulty, apparatus work, music, artistry, and composition communicate clearly.

Prepare repeatable work

Turn the review into coach-directed priorities the athlete can understand, repeat, and refine.

What the work can include

Clarity before more repetitions

The exact format depends on the athlete, her routine, and the target event. Staff confirms the scope before any review or training begins.

01

Routine analysis

Review the current composition and the athlete's intended work in context.

02

Priority red flags

Identify unclear, high-risk, or inconsistent areas that deserve attention first.

03

Change recommendations

Discuss adjustments that may improve clarity and reduce avoidable scoring risk.

04

Preparation plan

Organize the next steps for coached repetition before the event or next season.

Verified international perspective

Preparation informed by judging and competition experience

Rhythmic Art's review is informed by Brevet-level international judging and competition experience. A Brevet is an international judge qualification issued under FIG rules. To be considered an international Brevet judge during an Olympic cycle, a judge must attend an official FIG judges' course and pass the examination for that cycle. In practical terms, the reviewer is trained in the rules used at international events. Rhythmic Art athletes have competed at the Pan American Games, Grand Prix events, World Cups, and World Championships.

This experience informs the review. It does not give Rhythmic Art control over another event's judging panel, and it does not guarantee that an athlete will reach the same events or receive a particular score or result.

How to begin

Share context first. Send routine material only through an approved method.

  1. 01

    Tell us the goal

Share the athlete's age, current level or program, home country, target event, and preferred dates. Do not send medical records.

  2. 02

    Coach reviews fit

We determine whether a routine review, focused training block, or another next step is appropriate.

  3. 03

    Staff confirms the plan

You receive the approved format, dates, workload, charges, terms, and secure method for routine material.

  4. 04

    Training begins after confirmation

A place exists only after the plan, availability, payment state, and selected dates are confirmed.

Know what is—and is not—included

Routine review and training recommendations do not guarantee a score, medal, placement, level, team selection, or competition result. Travel, lodging, visas, local transportation, competition entry, and automatic placement in a Rhythmic Art group are not included unless a separate written agreement says so.
