For those who want to further improve their skills, work on mistakes, we offer to come to an individual training session. Personal training means working with an instructor, according to a plan prepared in advance, directly under the trainer.

With the coach’s help, it is possible to master some elements of rhythmic gymnastics in a shorter time than in the group and improve skills. At individual training, the weaknesses of the gymnast are studied, which gives her the opportunity to at least keep up with the group, and at the most to be a leader.
